Accounting Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounting Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Administrative and Accounting Personnel. This person will screen phone calls, respond to emails, process and file paperwork, assist with payroll and complete various other tasks as needed. This person will have administrative experience and a minimum of entry level experience in accounting. This position requires good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer Phones and Emails from Customers and Vendors
- Mail/Email Customer Invoices
- Maintain files of Vendor Invoices and Customer Work Orders & Invoices
- Prepare Vendor Invoices for Data Entry
- Reconcile Vendor Statements
- Other Various Tasks as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
- Administrative Office Experience
- Minimum Entry Level Experience in Accounting
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Good Organizational, Communication & Time Management Skills
- Construction Industry Experience a plus
- Sage 100 Contractor Accounting Software Experience a plus
